TCM’s bus hire service provides you with coziness and assurance

TCM owns a large bus fleet with European and Japanese air-conditioned buses of different sizes. We provide sincere, attentive and professional hire service to different institutions/schools/societies and private groups at a bargain price, which is well received by the customers. We take the respective requirements of customers into consideration in order to tailor-make a scrupulous arrangement for them. Preferential offer can be made to quantity and long-term hiring.

A) Hourly hire service:

For hourly hire service, the bus on-hire will travel and stop at the permissible areas as per the requirement of customers. The minimum hire hour is 1 hours. An extra fee will be charged in excess at a pro-rata rate, if the excess time is between 5 to14 minutes, the excess time will be calculated in units of 15 minutes; If it is over 15 to 29 minutes, the excess time will be calculated in units of 30 minutes; If it is over 30 minutes, the excess time will be calculated as 1 hour.

B) Surcharge:

There will be a surcharge on the following times:

Midnight:
12:00am to 06:00am
Surcharge of 50%

C) Amend your hire service:

• Once the customer has confirmed the hire date and time, there will be no charge on cancellation or amend the date if the customer can inform us before 4:00pm prior on the day of hire.

• Once the customer has confirmed the hire date and time, there will be a charge of 50% on the hire fees if the customer only inform us 2 hours before the hire.

• Once the customer has confirmed the hire date and time, there will be a charge of 60% on the hire fees if the customer inform us between 1 and 2 hours before the hire.

• Once the customer has confirmed the hire date and time, there will be a charge of 100% on the hire fees if the customer inform us only within 1 hour before the hire.

TCM staff reserves the right to decline the requirements of the hirer in the matter that such requirements might cause damage to the bus on-hire or violate the law of Macau SAR.
